Booking
What documents do I need to rent a car?
A valid driving licence, your national ID card or passport, and a bank card for the deposit. Our general conditions require a licence held for at least 2 years.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the pick-up date.
Do you deliver to Mohammed V Airport or to my hotel?
Yes, we deliver directly to Casablanca airport and to hotels, on request. For another Moroccan city or airport, ask us.
Is mileage unlimited?
Yes, on most of our offers (confirmed when you book).
Insurance & deposit
Is insurance included?
Yes, all our vehicles are insured. Additional options are available.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. It depends on the vehicle category, is held on your bank card (or another accepted means), and released after the car is returned. amount set at booking
Payment
Can I pay on the spot?
Yes, you can pay when the car is delivered. Accepted payment methods are confirmed with your booking.
Do you accept foreign bank cards?
Yes, international cards are accepted.
